BAAL this band forms at the end of the 95, in the city of veracruz,ver mexico, taking after the desicion to express our form to think by means of the music. integrated by Jesus mendoza(vocals)alberto delgado(bass)christian rodriguez(guitars) & Fernando perez(drums)
The band's style is a Death Metal mainly influenced by bands like: Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, At the Gates, Dark Tranquillity, Dissection, In Flames.Tthe band's name is taken from an old pagan God who was considered in opposition to the God that they knew in this age, and all those who opossed were punished with the eternal flames.
In early 1997 the band has their first change of lineup, Jesus leaves the group by personal reasons and enters his place leo ganem, later then a year leo and Fernando leaves the band, returning Jesus to the vowels and integrating antonio ortiz on drums and filipo figueroa on the second guitar,with this line up record his first production "passages to eternity" which was published in the 2000 by a called company toaj recs.later then filipo leaves the band and is replaced by Alexandro mendoza and if the band stays until these days and in June of the 2002 it records his second produccion"state of agression " who'll be published by american line prods. at the beginning of 2003.
BAAL has shared stage with national and international bands - ike: Testament (USA), Terror (USA), .Angeles del Infierno {España), Avulsed (España), Next, Panic, RIP, TransMetal, Luzbel, Garrobos, Mutilated, Scour, Prohibitory , Damn Shark, Xipe Totec, Dew of nothing, Sarcasmo, Orcus, Nomedeth, Mictlan, Buried Dreams, Nefroptosis, Cenotaph, Disgorge, The Zephyr, Anarchus, Domain, among others and has appeared in different states from the Mexican republic like;puebla, leon(guanajuato), villahermosa(tabasco), tuxtla gtz.(chiapas), mexico d.f., salina cruz(oaxaca)& in veracruz.to these days the continuous band trying to obtain a place in the national scene and international and to continue doing what we like.
