Banished photo
Banished was an early American death metal band from Buffalo, New York. They started out under the name Baphomet and released one full-length album before changing their name into Banished in 1993. They released one more album under their new moniker on the Peaceville sublabel Deaf Records before breaking up. Apparently they have had the same line-up throughout the band's history.
