The American thrash metal band Bitter End surfaced in the Seattle suburb of Lynwood in 1982. A debut demo was issued in 1988, followed by their one and only album "Harsh Realities", released by Metal Blade Records two years later. The band succumbed to the Seattle grunge wave and dissolved in 1991. Frontman Matthew Fox resurfaced in the new lineup of reunited veteran thrashers Holy Terror in 2005. Bassist Chris Fox came to join Queensrÿche vocalist Geoff Tate's solo band.
