Carnage photo
Carnage was one of the first death metal bands to appear on the Swedish scene as they formed under the monicker Global Carnage at the end of 1988. They released one album through the Earache sublabel Necrosis Records before splitting up in early 1991. Several members later on joined another cult band on the Swedish death metal scene namely Dismember. On their first demo Jeppe Larsson played the drums before Fred Estby joined the band to record the second demo (the first real "official" one).
