Celeborn was a Swedish death metal band who were active in the early 90s. A 1992 demo entitled "Etherial" was released before the band dissolved. In 1993 they also cut two tracks called "Exalted" and "Astral Tide" at Rockhuset Studios in Östersund for the Massproduktion (a local label) compilation album "Metal North", also featuring Quicksand Dream, Left Hand Solution, Toxic Waste and Unholy.

Jörgen Bylander went on to Defaced Creation and Deranged while Magnus Sahlgren would join Tiamat for their critically acclaimed "Wildhoney" album and later on Dismember and Lake Of Tears. Drummer Robert Eriksson would find fame with hard rockers The Hellacopters.
