The Company was formed in 1994 and among the original members were the ex-Heathen guitarist Doug Piercy who had relocated to Germany. Two years later their self-titled debut album was released in Japan and sold more than 8,000 copies. In 1998 their second album "Frozen By Heat" was released worldwide and became the No 1 heavy metal album in Cuba of all places. The band then went through a couple of line-up changes before releasing their third album in 2002.
