Crazy Lixx was formulated in Malmö in the south of Sweden at the end of 2002 when founding members Dirtchild Danny and Vic Zino were running out of patience with the current state of the hard rock scene. They thought the world needed a band from the old school, the kind of hard rock that was predominant in the late 80s and early 90s. As drummer Joey Cirera joined the core of the band had been finalized.

Many line-up changes took place in the early history of the band until bassist Luke Rivano joined to form the moste stable line-up thus far. The band performed live all over Sweden and on May 5th, 2007, they visited the UK for the first time as they joined Nasty Idols and Spit Like This at the Wildside / Junction 7 in Nottingham. June also saw the band securing a slot at the prestigious Sweden Rock Festival.
