Damien was a technical thrash metal band that formed in the university city of Uppsala, Sweden, in 1982. Original guitarist Rick Meister (born Andreas Palm) left to join Maninnya Blade and later ended up with Hexenhaus. His replacement was Lawrence West. In 1988 they released an EP through Gothic Records which was their only official release. They also contributed with the track "Hide And Seek" to the compilation album "Is This Heavy Or What". After the band had broken up, Lawrence West formed Crawley. Vocalist Tommie Agrippa changed his surname to Jaeger and later on sung for Keegan.
