Dream Death was a thrash metal band from the Pittsburgh area that formed in 1984. Two years later they released a demo tape entitled "More Graveyard Delving". After the release of their debut album through New Renaissance in 1987 bass player Ted Williams left to join the local thrash act Eviction and the band finally broke up in 1989. Other members formed the doom metal act Penance. The album was produced by Dream Death and Joe Rembisz and engineered by T.J. Wilkins and Robin Leechman and recorded at Gamut Studios in Latrobe, PA. The cover art was by Sue Rupert.
