Band biography
Easy Action photo
Easy Action were one of the first Swedish glam rock band and was formed in Stockholm in 1982 by guitarist Kee Marcello and Per-Olof "Peo" Thyrén (aka Alex Tyrone). The band name was stolen from another similar Stockholm based band with the same name who had recently released two singles for EMI. In 1983 they released their self-titled debut album and had a minor hit in Sweden with the song "We Go Rocking", a song they had a dispute with Poison over as Easy Action claimed that Poison had stolen the chorus for their song "I Want Action". The band broke up around 1986 after having recorded "That Makes One". Tommy Nilsson went on to a successful solo career as a pop singer. In 1985 the band appeared in the thriller film "Blood Tracks" by legendary B-movie producer Mats-Helge Olsson.
