Band biography
Evil Masquerade photo
Evil Masquerade was founded by Swedish guitarist and composer Henrik Flyman. Year 2002 he wrote the music for what would become Evil Masquerade´s debut album. But the band wasn´t officially formed until 2003 when he presented the music for the rest of the guys. Even though Flyman is Swedish born, the band would be origined as Danish. The reason for that is that he´s living in Denmark and also because the rest of the band are Danes. They are Henrik Brockmann (vocals), Dennis Buhl (drums) and Kasper Gram (bass). Since no keyboard player were available as a fulltime member at the time of the recording of the album, 4 guest keyboardists were invited. Richard Andersson, André Andersen, Lars Boutrup and Mats Olausson. The debut album "Welcome to the Show" (released early 2004) was a huge success and got several top score reviews from all around the world praising the music and the musicians. The album was engineered by Steen Mogensen and produced by Henrik Flyman. September 2004 the band are in the making of album no 2 scheduled to be released less then a year after the debut.
