F was originally formed under the moniker Funcunt as a progressive metal band in Söörmarkku / Pori, Finland, in the late 80s. They released two well received demos in 1990-1992 before signing a deal with the Colombian label Warmaster Records, owned by ex-Masacre member Bull Metal. They shortened their moniker to F and recorded a self-financed cd after which they split up in 1995.
