Fecal Matter was a punk rock band from the Seattle area that featured later to be members of Nirvana and The Melvins. The band only existed for a short while in 1985. A demo tape was apparently recorded by Kurt Cobain at his Aunt Mary's house in December of 1985 but it has not been recovered to this date.
