The Flesh was a brutal yet technical death metal band that formed in Drammen outside the Norwegian capital Oslo, in 1993. They released a mini album on the Arctic Serenades label in 1995. In the end of 1996 they lost their drummer Anders Eek but through an advertisement in a music store they found a replacement in Kjetil Hektoen. The band didn't last much longer though as Morten and Einar didn't see any future in performing death metal. The band fell to pieces in the summer of 1997.
