Fragmentation was an extreme metal act that was formed in 1991 by vocalist Kyle Powell while he served in the USAF at the March Air Force base in California. They did a couple of releases through Powell's own Eviscerated label before disbanding. Powell later on moved to New Jersey and formed Engorge.
