From Thy Ashes photo
The German power metal band From Thy Ashes was formed in early 1994 but the first year saw many line-up changes taking place. On October 14th, 1995, they played their first live show at the Jugendzentrum Murrhardt. Over the years the band suffered more line-up changes, played live in support of high profile acts like Edguy and Iron Savior and even did a British tour. After several labels had expressed interest in signing the band but none of them did so the band finally decided to split up in 2003.
