Funeral Bitch was a Chicago based death metal band put together in 1985 by Paul Speckmann of Master and Alex Olvera from another local band called Assault. On drums they had Peter Thompsen and a guy called Dave handled the vocals for a couple of rehearsals until he left since he wasn't happy about sharing the vocal duties with Speckmann. The band recorded a couple of demos in 1986 and was more or less put to rest the following years as Speckmann formed Abomination.
