Formed during the early to mid 1980s, Hostage was a Heavy Metal band, and was known to play locally around the sunset strip parts on LA. Grant Estes formally of Suicidal Tendencies played guitar for the band, and were in the process of getting singed by a major label, but never did because of the lead singers drug problems interfering with the band.
