KorovaKill was originally formed in 1990 under the name Korova. In 1995 they released
their debut album "A Kiss In The Charnel Fields" on Napalm Records. In 1999 or 2000 they
were dropped from Napalm since they didn't sell enough albums. They were picked up by the
American label Red Stream who signed them for the release of their third album "WaterHells".
In 2001 Christof and the drummer Moritz decided to leave the other four members and go on
without them together with keyboard player Renaud Tschirner. They also changed the band name
to KorovaKill.
