Since 1996 Loits has been marching proudly on enemy´s lands
singing the songs of no defeat. The essence of it´s spirit is rooted
back in the dark days of 1944, when our fathers lost control over the
Storm.
Loits stands against ignorant fools who preach lies about those
bravehearts. For too long have they been condemned and hushed up. Too many
valuable men have been forgotten as strangers without even a name,
enclosed behind a glass frame in old yellow photographs. But nothing could
ever make our hearts forget them, for we´ve always known why they, as
themselves, fought, suffered and died.
The heart of today´s Loits is drumming slowly and our horns sound
loudly. The first battle hymn "Ei Kahetse Midagi" ("Regrets Nothing") was
released in 2002 by Stillborn Noiz (Est) and Beverina (Lat). It has
gained a lot of attention and very good responses everywhere it´s been
heard. The same album was re-released by Polish Seven Gates of Hell in
digi-pack format in the Fall of 2003.
During the period between Autumn 2003 and Spring 2004, Loits has been
in three different studios recording the trilogy of 7" EP`s (one of
them- "Legion Estland"- has been already released by Ledo Takas last year).
The next call to arms will be full-length album, released by Ledo Takas
in this Autumn.
As for music, Loits goes through all extreme metal genres spicing it up
with folk and even some rock´n´roll elements. Lyrically there´s always
been a strong dominant character of commemorating and hailing the great
soldier´s spirit and Balto-Scandinavian mythology.
Loits is a wakening for Iron Youth, Loits is call to join the ranks of
Legionaires, Loits is everything what judeo-christianian democracy is
