Memento Mori photo
Memento Mori was formed as a project band in 1992 by guitarist Mike Wead (Hexenhaus, Mercyful Fate) and vocalist Messiah Marcolin (Candlemass). They released their debut album "Rhymes Of Lunacy" in 1993 which is by many regarded as a classic Swedish metal album. Since the release of "Songs For The Apocalypse, Vol. 4" in 1997 nothing has been heard from the band and the members have probably put Memento Mori to sleep, at least for now.
