Band biography

Mind Snare was formed in 1989 in the Italian city of Turin. Their original name was Satan' Slaughter; in 1991 they changed their name into Chemioterapy and later on to Mind Snare. They were once described as a lethal mixture of Atheist & Death. In 1995 they supported Malevolent Creation, Oppressor, Vader and Sacred Sin in the Italian leg of the bands' European tour. One year later they supported the legendary Kreator. The live shows were later released on a live tape called "Day Of The Dead". After the release of their debut MCD "Hegemony" in 1999 they were signed by the Malaysian label Psychic Scream who reissued the MCD with two extra live bonus tracks. On the 21st of November, 2000, their debut full-length "Hateful Attitude" was released.
