Band biography Upload photo
More was an early British heavy metal that formed in 1980 and was fronted by the original Iron Maiden vocalist Paul Mario Day. After having appeared with the track "Soldier" on the 1980 BBC compilation album "Metal Explosion" they signed a deal with major label Atlantic Records. After having supported Def Leppard, Saxon and Krokus on their British tours, More opened up the 1981 Castle Donington "Monsters Of Rock" festival. Midway into the recording of their second album "Blood And Thunder" with producer Pete Hinton vocalist Day quit the band to join Wildfire, resulting in a support slot for Black Sabbath being cancelled. Several line-up changes took place before the band folded in 1982. A short-period reunion took place in 1985 but nothing came out of it.
