N.C.O. (Nephenzy Chaos Order) was formed in early 1995 in Linköping, Sweden, under the name Nephenzy. In the year 2000 the band went through a major line-up change with Martin Hallin as the only remaining member. He then decided to continue under the new name N.C.O.
