The German death/thrash metal band Night In Gales was formed in 1995. The first release from them was the independent EP "Sylphlike" which sold no less than 6000 copies. In 1996 the German label Nuclear Blast signed the band for a world-wide deal and in 1997 they released their first full-length album. In early 1998 they had the chance to tour through Europe together with In Flames, Borknagar and Defleshed. After three releases on Nuclear Blast they signed with Massacre Records in late 2000. In May 2001 their fourth full-length album "Necrodynamic" was released.
