Oberon was part of the early metal scene in Newcastle, Great Britain, in the late 1970's and was closely linked to the legendary band Venom. The band was formed on April 1st 1979. I don't know anything about the band after August 1979 when Clive Archer and Tony Bray left to join Venom.
