Panther was a band put together by vocalist Jeff Scott Soto after having left Yngwie Malmsteen and his Rising Force band. After a self-titled mini album on Half Wet Records in 1986 there were a number of line-up changes (among them Soto leaving for bigger things) in the band before the return with a three track demo in 1989.
