In 1980 the British hard rock band Nutz opted to carry on under the new name Rage due to problems with their previous record label A&M Records, also having relocated from Liverpool to Jersey. They released three full-length albums for the French label Carrere Records before splitting up. Rage opened up tours for Uriah Heep and Meat Loaf.
