Revolting was created by Paganizer's Roger "Rogga" Johansson in early 2008 in order to bring back the classic 80s death metal sound of bands like Carnage and Impetigo. Monster growler Kam Lee (Massacre, Denial Fiend) was recruited to co-handle vocals and a deal was struck with American horror metal veterans Razorback Records.
