Band biography

Ribspreader is a new band from Sweden that is very dedicated to old school Swedish Death Metal on a very high level. Of corpse one cannot expect less from any project with Dan Swanö being involved. Originally Ribspreader was only a project, but the band will be very active live and doing more albums and EP’s. This debut CD is a very strong first assault and will be hailed massively by anyone into good old Grave, Unleashed or Entombed and it would not be overdone to say that some “real” old school bands from Sweden would be jelous to have an opening song like “Dead Forever”. Maybe the best comparison of the last couple of years is Bloodbath (where mr. Dan Swanö is involved aswell).
