Band biography

Scanner is a German metal band that formed around 1980. At first they were known under the name Lions Breed and actually released one album under that name. After signing to Noise Records they changed their name into Scanner in 1986. After releasing their second album the band took a long break before finally releasing "Mental Reservation" in 1995. Now they had also switched label in favor of the German Massacre Records.
