Scorched stepped in to this world in early autumn 2003. The founder and to this day only member Daniel started creating songs which were in the vein of Scandinavian Black Metal bands like Marduk, Burzum, Immortal etc. By the end of October the same year 4 songs were done and ready to be recorded. The recording took place in Daniels home and by the end of November the first demo named "Forsaken" was released. The music was cold Black with fast drummings mixed with slower parts as well as whole slow songs like "Darkness Complete". Forsaken was very well accepted from people hearing and zines from all over.
