Band biography
Speed photo
Speed was a London based band that existed from the winter of 1977 to the summer of 1978. It was one of the first bands to feature later to be Iron Maiden vocalist Bruce Dickinson (who at this time was attending college in London) and apparently sounded like a mix between Judas Priest and The Stranglers. It was very fast in accordance with the band name.
