They resolved to break them and a half year later they recorded first demo stuff "Vexilla Regis Prodeunt Inferni...". It contains four compositions: Sad, Land of Sansara (probably the last of my visions), Universe vs Questions and Astaroth - which are settled in the symphonic black metal genre.March 2000 passed in sign of changes: Lestath replaced Ulv (bass guitars). StrommoussHeld have also changed drum machine for an alive drummer - Fearth. This line up started working on their second demo.
"Being as a compromise" was recorded in home studio - Gallery Workstation (music) and in Decybel Studio (vocals and mixes) since April to August 2000. This 30-minutes stuff contains six compositions (1.Fallen into...; 2.Being as a compromise; 3.Resource to the mirrors' palace; 4.Universe vs Questions (new version); 5.Galaxy of million sorrows; 6.Credo; in really hard to define music style. Of course this demo is still oscillating in metal kind form, but we can hear progressive, symphonic rock and first industrial elements in SH's music. Band also made their first video clip to Universe vs Questions (director: Pawel Dyllus).
In December 2000 Fearth left the band so Maelstrom and Norrim began programming drum machines once again. Because of comming in January 2001 live concerts StrommoussHeld must have done it immediately. After few gigs (for example 'Night of Chaos' in Cracow and 'Mystic Night' in Katowice) StrommoussHeld started their another recording session.
In June/July StrommoussHeld recorded two songs (Materia of depression and Solar scream) and released them as a promo 'My microcosmos' what effected in many great reviews, interviews and gigs (for example with Damnation, Immemorial, Tromsnar and April Ethereal) and finally in December 2001 a deal with legendary label - Avantgarde Music.
Since February to May 2002 StrommoussHeld is recording a debut album "Behind the Curtain" in the Green Studio (Cracow, Poland). In October and November 2002 the band plays first mini-tour (6 shows in Poland and 2 in Slovakia): "Psycho'n'Roll tour 2002" with Tromsnar and Mutilation.
In March 2003 Avantgarde Music signed a third party agreement and sold the Polish licence to Metal Mind Productions.
Also in March Fear, Nox and Vorm joined the band.
In late November 2005 the band parted ways with their label Metal Mind Productions.
