Suicidal Seduction originally started as a studio project with a different singer, and was laid on ice due to other side projects. Our band, with today’s line-up has existed since autumn 2002, which was initially when the band seriously started. After a year or so various singers were tried out but none quite fit into the group. It was then that guitarist Tomas Nilsson accidentally heard Tomas Lagréns song over the phone and the invitation to join as vocalist was sent and Lagrén accepted. There was a conflict within the band and the guitarist and bass player left, shortly after bassist Daniel Persson and guitarist Erik Dahlquist replaced them.
In August of 2003 Suicidal Seduction came into contact with the US label Black Moon Records and was signed soon after. The debut EP “Endless Suffering” has been recorded and is awaiting release towards the beginning of 2004. The band is currently writing and rehearsing material for the debut full length, which is tentatively set for a spring release and Suicidal Seduction are moving now stronger than ever!
