TANG is the combined assault of Bonnie Parker and Denny Colt and was conceived out of chaos in 1997. TANG delivers a dual attack of metal/goth with Denny on guitar and Bonnie on bass, alternating vocals, trading phrases back and forth in their own burning style. They have toured Europe, Canada and the U.S. and have opened shows for such artists as W.A.S.P., Dokken, Hammerfall, Helloween, Dee Snider, Boy Sets Fire and many others.
In the beginning....... Tang started out with drummer, Gail Walden, formerly of The Poison Dollies.....Next up was new skin meister, Steve "Budgie" Werner, ex of The Ace Frehley Band..... Right now, TANG plays with an army of killer drummers....including skull-splitting Nick Cipriano and an occasional appearance by Gail Walden!!!
The hottest new addition to TANG is Vanessa on keyboards. She comes from a classically trained background and has toured Europe and the US with the gothic metal band Vasaria.
In 2001, TANG returned from their second tour of Sweden following the release of “MENTAL POLLUTION” on Raw Power UK Records. They will be returning to Europe in 2003 to tour and promote the release of their third CD.
