Band biography
Trilogy photo
Trilogy was a Swedish hard rock / heavy metal band that formed in 1979 under the name Toxic. They soon changed their name but split up in 1984 as Ian Haugland joined Europe and Leif Edling formed Nemesis. They were heavily influenced by bands like Rush and Black Sabbath. When Europe decided to take a break in 1992, Ian reformed Trilogy but with a new line-up. In 1994 they released their debut album "Lust Provider" with the final track written by Anders Tengner from the Swedish music magazine Okej. The album was recorded on Åland at the Nitrax Studios with Nikolo Kotzev producing. Before the recording of the album the band toured as a cover band. The 80s version of the band never recorded or released any material.
