The extreme metal world has never seen a band like Twisted Autumn Darkness. The English four piece combine elements of black, death, thrash and gothic within their sound. The band is fronted by Namaste on vocals and guitar, he is joined by Aeon on guitar, Oskariot on bass and drummer Sathan. The band got together back in 1999, and released their debut "Darkness Rising" in 2001.
The mini album was well received by the underground gaining the band many fans from around the world, the reviews said "They are a breathe of fresh air". The band parted ways with their original vocalist and keyboard player, Namaste took over vocal duties and writing begun for a full length album, In May 2003 the band entered Purple studios in Norwich to work with engineer Richard Hammerton (Miranda Sex Garden, Catherine Wheel, Deviated Instinct). The studio is set within a graveyard, this gave the band inspiration and added atmosphere to the recording.
The band produced a full on assault in the form of "Destroy The Bastard And Trinity", a landmark album with it’s deep lyrical content. Not only is the album fast and heavy, their is melody which only adds to the bands intensive sound. The band are currently playing shows around the UK, with festivals and tours planned for both the UK and Europe in 2004. Now sit back and prepare yourself for onslaught that can only be called Twisted Autumn Darkness.
