Tyrant photo
The Swedish black / thrash metal act Tyrant was formed in Eskilstuna in 2007 by several metal veterans who have previously been involved in acts such as Vinterland, Crypt of Kerberos, Arcana and Insision. Bassist Daniel Ekeroth has also authored a couple of books on horror movies and metal. The band quickly composed material for a full-length debut that was released in October 2007 via the Singapore based cult label Pulverised Records.
