Vinnie Vincent Invasion photo
When Vinnie Vincent was fired from the legendary hard rock band Kiss in 1984 he began working hard on his solo project which led to the band Vinnie Vincent Invasion. He signed a deal with Chrysalis Records and started recording his debut album. At first the vocalist for that album was meant to be Swedish vocalist Göran Edman but for some reason that didn't work out and after some demo recordings he was out of the question. Vinnie Vincent has tried to ressurect the project several times with various line-ups but it is probably more or less over by now.
