Another Liechtensteiner ensemble, WELTENBRAND, spawned in 1995 from the minds of Oliver Falk, Ritchie Wenaweser, and Simone Steiner, graces the NAPALM RECS musical portfolio since the latter half of 2002. Their relatively long career has seen four full-length releases, several label changes, and most importantly, has received much positive media attention.
WELTENBRAND is currently writing material for their NAPALM RECS debut. They plan to enter the studio in the fall of 2003. The band's musical style tends to favor the dark wave and/or neo classical genres and the lyrics revolve solely around the Principality of Liechtenstein's rich lore. Simone Steiner assures us that the latest CD in the WELTENBRAND discography will without a doubt pleasantly surprise those fans familiar with the band's style, as they continue to follow their well established and successful course.
