Main question here is why ‘Doutrine’ and not 'Doctrine'? That really puzzles me… Aside from that this is one of few revelations I've run onto while doing reviews for TD. This CD is a re-release of Abomination’s 2001 debut album with two bonus tracks. And, just as we have Floridian and New York Death Metal, or Norway’s Black as separate scenes so I think now obviously we have Brazilian Death Metal! This is similar sound to Rebaelliun and Krisiun. Great ultra brutal, ultra fast and technical Death Metal that leaves a scorched earth (beach? Haha) behind it. It is rare to find a release in which a break inside a song sounds brutal as well as faster parts of the song. Riffs are frenetic all the time, technical yet very efficient and brutal. Drums are also complicated to play, with many breaks and double bass taking no rest before the album ends. Vocals are also brutal, not low, Chris Burnes sub sonic one, but more like Rebaelliun on ‘Bringer of War’ (I just checked, they match). Goes great with the music. The way songs are composed is also pleasing. It’s not only relentless buzzing, but each song is made from lots of riffs, with enough changes in tempo, which, still, as I said, don’t bring you down. In fact, they allow you to catch your breath without losing the previously built up feeling. I also should mention semi insane guitar solo parts, reminds me of Morbid Angel and Trey Azagthoth! My only complaint is the production, it really could be a little bit stronger, but nevertheless, the CD is enjoyable like it is now anyway. If you are a Death Metal fan, two words only: don’t hesitate!
