REVIEW: Ador Dorath - Adon Nin Edeleth Ador Dorath Self-financed, 2002
7.5/10
Ador Dorath - Adon Nin Edeleth Ador Dorath - cover art One of the things most bands from Eastern Europe have in common is an infinite stife to be innovative and Ador Dorath obey their roots on this selfproduced full-length, being from the Czech Republic. I don’t know whether the people living in Eastern Europe are born with an innate will to be original or whether the musical climate there provides this freedom, but either way I am thankful. Ador Dorath, unlike many bands attempting to be original, never lose sight of their direction and never stray off track allowing the various influences to dominate each other. It’s a lethal symbiosis of unholy Nordic black metal, doom and progressive sounds, and they manage to combine it to make a highly enjoyable musical mash. If you like innovative extreme metal Ador Dorath is definitely worth a listen!
