Heavy Left Handed and Candid is Cradle of Filth’s second
venture into the world of home entertainment and is not even comparable in
terms of quality and content to the last released “Pandemonium”. The DVD
contains a complete live performance from Rock City, Nottingham England. With
Cradle’s visually stunning artwork adorning the cover, inner linings and even
the disk itself, I must say the packaging is very well done as well. The
interface and the opening menu are also very aesthetically pleasing and even
contain an eerie background track that plays over the Dolby Digital
soundscape. The menu has three options with the first option cutting you
straight to the live performance of the “Eleven Burial Masses”. The second
option takes you to a chapter menu that lets you choose a particular song from
the performance. The third option is the bonus features that certainly contain
enough content to make a second DVD.
