Out of the initial intention to heal their souls through music, the musicians in Damage Done came together to create. What first was supposed to be a private matter now has become a self-financed album called “Stories never told…” but perhaps this sextet from Greece should have kept their dark moments to themselves this time. The release “Stories never told…” is a poorly produced album filled with an epic, alternative rock that aims high but just sounds pretentious. So does also their claim to hope that this music may offer calmness to all souls in pain. When a band tries to be alternative they seldom are and the result is quite uninteresting and boring. I wish all members in Damage Done the best of luck in their aim to process their aching souls, but perhaps they should keep it to themselves the next time. I am certainly not interested in listening to any more of their dark moments.
