Foreskin Fester is the sideproject of the swedish demoband "Dissectum"'s members Max Grahn and Andreas "Wibbe" Wiberg, with help from Fjalar. "Dissectum" plays death metal and so does "Foreskin..", but with a touch of grind. This demo was recorded in less than five hours and counting that in, is suprisingly well-produced.
All songs sound very "catchy", and with fun lyrics like this, who could resist singing along? Or what do you think about this verse: "Late at night at Hogland's park, Onkel selling filthy knark, Came in touch with little boy, Make him use his dick as toy"? Ok, I think you get the idea now, very immature, explicit and most of all, fun. Although they may not have the most serious lyrics, the music itself was not some kids' work. Maybe simple, but nevertheless it sounds good in my ears with the tight piccolo-snare and oversized bass. The first five songs are relativly alike (death metal), but the last one is some kind of funk.
If you're into deathmetal or grind, this is a demo you should try and get a hold of, as it has very high "cult-potential". A little warning though, some words lose their intention if you don't know swedish, but there's only about 10 words not in english, so you could have a lot of fun anyway.
