As soon as the word is out on the streets that there is a new Motörhead album on its way the expectations are high among thousands of fans worldwide. Those who do not buy an album just because it is created by Lemmy and the boys might find a review of it helpful though while the rest do not care much about what I say here. The title of this album is very wisely chosen because it contains some of the most intense, infernal and heavy material we have ever heard from the legendary hard rockers. There are no signs of slowing down and although there are no easily picked classics such as "Hellraiser" or "Ace Of Spades" this is an exceptionally even album with the bar set at a very high level. The first three tracks will certainly get your adrenaline going while the pace then slows down a little for the soothing and heavy groove of "Suicide". Fans of classic hard rock who don't mind it fast, hard, dirty and mean and on top of this can stand the unique raspy voice of Lemmy will fall in love with "Inferno" instantly and that is a promise. Despite the power of alcohol (or perhaps thanks to?) he has maintained his voice throughout the years and in my opinion he has hardly ever sounded better than he does now. If you have no genre boundaries and simply enjoy good music for what it is, just like me, this album should be in your record collection some time after its release on June 21st. It is a winner and even if it will make your neighbours hate you it is no doubt worth the money. Chosen cuts: "Terminal Show", "Killers", "In The Name Of Tragedy", "In The Black", "Fight"...
