REVIEW: Noisecore Freak - Experiments From The Rust Factory Deadsix Communications, 2004
6.5/10
Noisecore Freak - Experiments From The Rust Factory - cover art “What the fuck!!” That’s probably the first thought you’ll think when listening to the extreme noise that is Noisecore Freak. You have to really enjoy hectic speeding tempos and especially noise to get into “Experiments from the Rust Factory”. A solo project from Mississauga Ontario Canada that will mess with your mind. Essentially this is grindcore, with sick industrial noise, samples, break neck programmed drumming, and crushing guitar. The vocals cannot be understood no matter how hard you try. With 19 tracks this album plays like a true grind record, with fast short punches of speed. That’s probably the main problem with rudimentary grind, is the fact it gets repetitive quick, sounding more and more alike with every passing song. It’s hard to distinguish when a song ends and another begins. This complaint has been said many times before, but unfortunately it’s true. If you like Agoraphobic Nosebleed then you’ll understand the relentless noise that is Noisecore Freak. At timess you'll be shocked or amazed with "Experiments from the Rust Factory". I like this album (I like the name even more), and I’ll most likely play it to piss people off.
