Where is this recorded? In the rehearseal space? But that´s for only a few seconds and then you get used to the sound.
The first song is a fast and furious song with lots of changes and speed.
There are some solos and shit too... quite good.
The second song - there it is again... The crappy sound for a second or two.
This song is like the first... Nothing new and exciting.
Why is this crappy sound still coming back?
But when the song comes on it disappears and probably because of that the song is covering it, the really crappy sound on drums, guitars, but when the song is on it's good.
This song is like the two first. Nothing new and exciting.
But still quite catchy.
And so you go on to the fourth song.
But this one has really heavy guitars and with some fine mixing this sould be good.
The songs are quite catchy and get on your brain and you can´t help yourself but liking them.
And now to the Slayer cover “Postmortem”, all that Slayer does on this quite simple song is there I think.
But Slayer is always Slayer!
Why even have a cover on a demo? Is it because they want to sound like Slayer?
Overall it´s a quite good demo from Ravaged, but I think if their ambition is to be signed and so on they have to work on the sound. The songs are quite good and just maybe a little unimaginative. But for now I got to say good luck out there!
