What can really be said about this collection? It has to be considered a "cash in" item only for the most rabid of fans. If you already have much of SFU's expansive back catalog, you do not need this. There is so much SFU merchandise available that this is almost obsolete from the outset. I am a big fan of this band but cannot see myself getting this box set -- unless it's really cheap. (FYI, a 1-CD sampler was sent for review.) The demos for Leviathan, Chris Barnes' pre-Cannibal Corpse band, are of interest but not necessary. The DVD would perhaps be best served as a separate release. Metal Blade, are you listening? By the way, since when can a 5 disc collection be concise? At least the artwork (and poster?), done by "13" cover artist Kara, is way cool.
